I've been lied when contracted home internet service that the service would be delivered in two weeks. After 2 weeks of waiting I made a call and they told me they never said that since the waiting time is one month. I also contracted mobile phone subscription that I don't know how instead of a period of one year I ended up with two years of contract. During the waiting period of my home internet access, I've used the mobile data. I haven't been notified that first month is not a complete month so even if I was careful with data consumption I had no idea that in fact I should go lower that month, so for 2 subscriptions I went over the ceiling with 500MB for one and 900MB for the second. My current invoice is now over 200EURO because few hundred MB of internet over what's provided by my subscription. The EXTRA charge is more than 100EURO per GB. So everybody should be aware of what bad surprises this provider is preparing for their clients. I called the call center to complain on this matter, keeping calm during the entire discussion, but I've been threatened that if I don't pay they will end my contract and invoice all the remaining 2 years of contract. I was absolutely astonished. I didn't expect that. I'm a regular client not an enemy. I started counting the days when I could be able to end my contract without being fined for that. The internet will end in one year and mobile sim in two years, so I'm already counting. I won't stay not even one day after the limit. I'M A CLIENT NOT AN ENEMY.
