A FUCKING JOKE
I have sent a LOT of e-mails and filled in all the forms possible. Have been calling them for days: NO ANSWER. I have a flight from Boston to Quito, but since the borders are CLOSED from the US and I can't fly to Boston, and it's BEYOND MY POWER, according to the law, I am entitled to get a refund!
"If you have booked a “separate” flight and that flight is canceled by the airline, it is subject to air passenger rights. In accordance with European Regulation (EC) 261/2004, the traveler is in principle entitled to a refund or a ticket for another flight, whatever the reason for the cancellation."
The site doesn't say ANYTHING about this pandemic or global crisis and don't even offer flight changes. What kind or irresponsibility is this? I understand that this is a crisis for everyone, but I can't get a hold of them for almost a week!
