Due to error on payment on kiwi.com, received a time out. After the time out rebooked the trip. Looking for confirmation within the hour I received 2 confirmation mails. Directly files for refund, and now after more than 12 calls and 10 weeks later, no refund whatever. Also confirmed individually with the airlines, and they confirmed cancellation and refund. Still Kiwi does not provide me insights, refunds or other explanation why it takes so long. Totally unhappy and will not spend any time anymore on this company with such a bad service. Lower price does not counter this bad service. (booking: 19Sept, cancellation: 19Sept, now 4Dec)
