If i could, i would just give zero stars. It's the worst online shopping experience that I have I have ever encountered. If you're thinking of buying from this website and you have a few minutes to spare just read below.
First of all, I bought a laptop from Remarkt on January 2020. The only good thing about this company is their prices. Anyway a month later there are some issues with my laptop and it couldn't charge properly so I send it back for repair since I got a 1 year warranty. It took a long time to repair and in between that time I had to move so I changed address. I tried to call them several times but no one would pick up the phone even though this happened before the Coronavirus hit the Netherlands, so these excuses they use about COVID-19 are just fake. They are just too lazy to deal with customers on the phone. Then they sent it back without any notification so of course it was delivered back to my old address and i had to deal with all that. Fortunately the place was still not rented and I had to pick it up from the closest PostNL spot.
Almost a month after that I saw that there were still issues with the laptop's battery so I guess they didn't repaired it at all. however I really needed to use the laptop for the next couple of months so I couldn't send it back for the second time to be repaired.
And we come to now, May 2020. I sent back the laptop for repair with a note inside that clearly states the problem of the battery and with big bold letters I wrote "when the laptop is ready please send it back to the following address" and of course I wrote my new address. Well guess what happened AGAIN. They sent it back to my old address. When I got the email from PostNL about the delivery I tried to call Remarkt so they can correct the address, but guess what happened AGAIN? No one answered the phone. So my laptop was delivered to my old address where the new tenant accepted it and I had to drive back there immediately (I was out of town that day) and find that person (and hoped he would give it to me), which fortunately did not open the box and didn't try to keep it for himself but he was very kind and he just returned it to me.
Long story short, I'm never sending my laptop for repair back there even though I have 1 year warranty, and I'm definitely not buying anything from there ever again. And I hope no one else will do, so no one will have to go through all this I've been through these months.
