DESPICABLE REPAIR AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
A button did not work on my device on the moment of purchase. So I asked them to replace my product with a new product. They refused, they said they will repair it for free, within 3-4 weeks.
I called them on the 5th week. They asked me to wait some more.
I had to call them every week, nobody was able to provide any useful information.
Week 8. No news. I research my rights on the ConsuWijzer site and send them an official warning to either repair or provide a new product, or reimburse the full amount money.
This was the only way to trigger them out of passivity.
Finally on week 9 I get back my device.
Oh, wait…The serial number sticker is damaged, visible it was removed and applied again, loosely.
There are several previously non-present scratches on the device.
Instead of repairing my device, which was in MINT condition, they removed the serial number sticker and placed on another, more used device, full of scratches.
When you complain to the store manager (Rotterdam Centrum), he does not listen, he does not care, he is unwilling to make notes of your official complain. He asked me to stop complaining and leave.
When I refused, so this manager threatened me to call the POLICE on me…How kind, how client-friendly!
