I ordered Police frame glasses on -> 10.11.2021.
Confirmation wasn't received and sent 1st mail asking about the status of my order on -> 15.11.2021. Here I got the only reply from Frank with tracking no., but there was no reply on other e-mails later.
I received the wrong product NINA RICCI sunglasses on -> 24.11.2021.
I sent emails with evidence + pictures on which I didn't get a reply, so later I reach them by WhatsApp on -> 27.11.2021.
I was waiting so long for instructions where I need to return the product, and in the end, I received only a return address without special instructions or a Return code on ->10.12.2021 (after 2 weeks of communications and chasing the seller).
I returned the wrong product via Post NL and it was promised that Tiptopdeal will inform me when the package will be received. I was following the return package with a tracking number and saw that the return package is delivered to Tiptopdeal, so I contact them again because even promised they didn't inform me back!
Today I requested money back for Post NL Shipping costs I paid myself for their wrong delivery to be returned. I got an answer that they didn't pay for shipping costs and I should ask for a shipping label. I asked earlier for that but Tiptopdeal ONLY gave the return address and said NO return number needed, simply need to put my name and number from the order on the return package!
I asked the full amount to be returned to my bank account from the product I paid and the costs I paid to return the wrong product to them. STILL NO ANSWER!
Overall for the service:
No one reply to my emails, only I received automatically mail with a case number created which will be answered after 48 h, but I didn't get a reply to my emails. Seller communication is with delays, poor and unclear!
A lot of delays in their replies on WhatsApp, their phone doesn't work!
I had a very bad experience which is still in process (1 month) and it is time-consuming because you need to chase the seller, so I will not order from Tiptopdeal.com again!
